Love who you are, right now, in this very moment. Stop wishing for changes and embrace your uniqueness. We are all so different and beautiful in our own way. When you learn to love yourself, you’ll shine a little brighter and walk a little lighter. Take a moment to look at yourself in the mirror. Don’t start critiquing! But look and see how unique and beautiful you are. Say it out loud if you need to!
No more body shaming! We need to stop the “I need to lose weight” and “I’m so fat right now,” and replace that with “I am beautiful just the way I am.” Put notes where you’ll see them if you need daily encouragement. Go buy yourself something that makes YOU feel beautiful! Self-love is the best thing you can do for yourself. We all go through life together, so let’s learn to love ourselves along the way.
