Here at Beauty Coach we pride ourselves in revealing ways to find the best version of YOU. Of course we all love luscious locks, amazing hair color and beautiful skin but what helps us radiate true beauty from within? Many will say it starts with diet but how do we know what will work for each of us and how do we do this without feeling like we’re depriving ourselves? Look no further!!!Here are some basic fundamentals for finding balance and staying healthy.
Your 20 Minute Morning Head-Start
1. Drink at least a liter of water with lemon as soon as you wake up. Have this pre-made and ready to drink so all you have to do is stumble to the fridge in the morning.
2. Blend & drink your favorite smoothie combo for breakfast. ALWAYS include greens like spinach or kale. Add your favorite berries, almond butter and flaxseed oil for a real boost.
3. Rinse your face with warm water only. No need for soap because (hopefully) you’ve already washed your face before you hit the sheets. Follow with a regular skin routine consisting of toner, eye cream, face moisturizer and most importantly…SUNSCREEN! Use this time to pamper and just be with yourself, NO PHONE!
4. Follow with your skin regime with a cup of ginger or lemon tea to detoxify and calm the body before the day.
Additional tips to follow throughout the day
*Make your meals PLANT BASED, meaning have a ratio of more greens to protein/ carbs.
*Take a daily probiotic and Vitamin B complex supplement. Most of us are highly deficient in Vitamin B.
*Add more healthy fats like coconut oil, avocado, extra virgin olive oil, nuts and even dark chocolate in your diet. Studies show most American’s ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 are highly irregular.
Stop being that person that wakes up & goes straight to their phone, grabs a coffee and heads to the door. Sticking to this morning head-start will give you more energy, brighter skin and most importantly feeling a sense of zen and balance. How can you not help but radiate from the inside out?!?!
