​FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do not allow transferring or reselling of tickets. If you are no longer able to attend, please read our return policy and email us at info@beautycoach.com.

We will be sending out an email with all the information you will need for the event. We don’t send “tickets.” If you do not receive a welcome email seven days prior to event please email us at info@beautycoach.com.

Our events typically sell out so we suggest purchasing as soon as you can. Space is limited. Unfortunately we can not “hold” tickets.

We offer a 50% refund on your ticket up until 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event we are unable to offer any kind of refunds. Ticket transfers, exchanges, or credits are unavailable.

We will need a government issued form of ID to check you in, from there you will receive your credentials for the weekend. It is a good idea to keep your confirmation receipt from your purchase handy as well. Everything you need for the two day course will be provided with the exception of blow dryer and round brushes for the Hands-On portion.
